Learn to Quilt Level 1
Quilting doesn’t have to be scary—especially when your first project is both fun and foolproof. In Learn to Quilt Level 1, you’ll ease into sewing by making a pillowcase, learning essential beginner skills along the way.
We’ll walk through how to use your rotary cutter, prep and square fabric, set up your sewing machine, and stitch with a ¼" seam allowance. You’ll finish class with a completed project and the confidence to keep going.

Learn to Quilt Level 2
Ready to turn your sewing skills into a finished quilt top? Learn to Quilt Level 2 is your beginner-friendly guide to putting it all together. You’ll piece a classic 4-patch quilt top while learning how to square your blocks, line up rows neatly, and confidently nest your seams. If you've ever thought, “I can sew -but I don’t know how to make a quilt,” this class will show you exactly how to go from fabric to finished top.

Tori McElwain
With 24 years of quilting experience, I’ve seen firsthand how rewarding—and enjoyable!—quilting can be, and I'm here to help you discover the same.
I’ve spent the past six years sharing my passion for quilting through teaching and have designed quilt patterns for the last four. Starting with a few designs to fund my daily Starbucks, I quickly became hooked on helping others fall in love with quilting. With a Master’s in Education and a background in instructional design, I created the Skill Building Block of the Month program to help quilters just like you gain confidence and skills in a fun, supportive way.
